Mini-Lessons: What Do You Think?

One strategy for multi-tasking is to teach/learn in real-time - delivering just what is useful to the people ready to learn and do their tasks. Were there too many - not enough - other ways to deliver these experiences? One of my goals was to fill their space with actual stories to garner ideas of what they liked, what they didn't and feel the realness of other people crafting their own storytelling. Every thing we do takes precious class time - what specific things were worth the time, need expanding or to be left behind for other ideas?

Overall What worked? What could work even better? What advice for learning forward?
